TaksiBul is a technology platform that connects riders with licensed drivers. Transport is provided by the drivers; TaksiBul provides matching, fare estimates and payment infrastructure.
2. Account & eligibility
To use the service you must register with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for your account's security. The service is provided in line with applicable laws.
3. Rides & payment
An estimated fare is shown before the ride; the final amount may vary with distance, time and demand. Payment can be cash, card or in-app. Cancellation terms are shown on the ride screen.
4. Driver obligations
Drivers must hold a valid licence, driving permit and required documents, and comply with traffic and transport regulations. The vehicle must be clean, well-kept and insured.
5. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, to treat drivers and other users with respect, and not to use it for unlawful purposes. Otherwise, your account may be suspended.
6. Limitation of liability
TaksiBul is an intermediary platform and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for indirect damages arising from the transport service. We continually improve our safety features.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We announce material changes via the app or website; continued use means you accept the current terms.
