Rides: booking, tracking and cancelling

Booking a ride is as simple as one tap: type your destination, choose your car, see the estimate and confirm. The moment a driver is assigned, you start watching their plate, name and live location on the map.

If your plans change you can cancel before you board. If a driver is late or can't be found, the app keeps you informed and finds a new car when needed; you never wait in uncertainty.

Payment: cash, card and receipts

You can pay for your ride in cash or with a saved card. Because you see the estimate before you board, you never face a surprise total on arrival; you know what you will pay from the start.

A digital receipt is created at the end of every ride. If a fare looks wrong to you, you reach the support team in one message through the receipt and your trip history, and resolve it quickly.
