Licensed and identity-verified drivers
Every driver on TaksiBul passes a commercial taxi licence, a valid driving permit and an identity check. The vehicle's plate and the driver's profile are shown to you in the app, so you know who you are riding with and in which car before you get in.
This is a far safer start than flagging down an unknown car on the street. Unlike the unlicensed, unsupervised vehicles often known as pirate taxis, here every ride has a record and every driver has an identity.
Share your trip live
With one tap you can share your trip link with family or a friend. They see in real time which route the car is taking, the plate and the estimated time of arrival.
Returning late at night or moving through an unfamiliar city, having someone able to follow you live brings real peace of mind. Safety grows stronger when the people outside the car are informed too, not only what happens inside it.
Fixed price: no haggling, no surprises
Many safety problems actually start with money disputes: the long way around, a meter run differently, an unexpected total on arrival. TaksiBul shows the estimate before you ride, so the ground for these disputes disappears.
A fixed, transparent price is your strongest protection against the fare manipulation that unlicensed pirate taxis rely on most. Knowing what you will pay in advance means the ride stays under your control.
Your data and payment are protected
When you pay by card your details are encrypted; the driver never sees your card number. A digital receipt is created at the end of every trip, so what you paid and why is always on record.
We use your personal data only as far as it is needed to complete the ride. Your location and contact details are not sold for advertising; your privacy is a core part of the service.
Night rides and women passengers
Waiting for a taxi late at night can be a source of tension, especially for women. On TaksiBul you see the plate, the driver's name and profile before the car arrives; instead of flagging a stranger on the street, you get into a car you already know.
Live location sharing stays available throughout the ride; if the route drifts, both you and the person you shared it with can see it. On night rides this visibility is the most concrete way to feel safe.
Lost items and post-ride support
Phone, wallet or bag — if you left something in the car, no panic. Pick the ride from your trip history and reach the driver or the support team in one tap; because every trip has a record, recovering your item is far easier.
You are not alone after the ride either: you rate the trip and send a complaint or suggestion if needed. Every piece of feedback is reviewed; low-rated behaviour leaves a visible trace in the system and raises the quality of the whole network together.
